Winter at the Red Lion Inn in the village of Stathern surrounded by the beautiful open countryside of the Vale of Belvoir, where Chef Owner Sean Hope and the team have sourced much of the ingredients for the winter menus, such as Partridge & Pheasant from local shoots, Venison from surrounding estates, 28 day aged beef, sausages from the village butcher, eggs from the local farm, berries from the hedgerows, vegetables, herbs & salads from our own kitchen garden, village allotments & Lincolnshire farms, as well as cheese and bread from nearby dairies and bakers. Fresh fish delivered everyday from Brixham, shellfish from Cornwall and great local beers.
Dine for Even Less great value seasonal three course menu midweek 3 courses for just £16.00 and 2 courses at lunchtime for £13.50.
With open fires and a warm welcome, Ben & the team will guide you through the menus, recommend some great wines, ales or bottled beers and ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable time with us, whatever the occasion.
Fish'n'chips Friday freshly caught and delivered to our door from ports in Cornwall and Yorkshire. £6.95 for Fish n chips or Stathern Sausages'n'chips (eat in 12-2pm, 6-7pm, takeaway till 9pm).
