Our Cookery School Head Chef Chris Ansell will show his passion, flair and enthusiasm for great food. As summer comes to an end this demonstration will highlight some autumnal ingredients, as well as some classic recipe skills.

An evening of remarkable wines from the Silva Family, Colchagua Valley Chile, taking you on a journey from the Andes to the Pacific and demonstrating the breath-taking range of styles from their four Colchagua Estates.
