Thursday 26 September

Head chef Ben Fisher will host a unique Rutland Food & Drink Week Cookery Demonstration along with Gwilym Owen from Launde Farm. They'll use local, seasonal ingredients such as lamb from Gwilym's Farm, courgettes, apples and blackberries to create a delicious two-course meal.

The day begins at 10am with coffee and then Ben will demonstrate this specially chosen seasonal menu. Afterwards, sit down for lunch with the other guests and enjoy the meal that you've watched being prepared! Lunch is served with a complimentary glass of wine at 12.30pm.

Ben provides a continuous stream of time-saving hints and tips on menu preparation, cooking and final presentation during the demonstration. Guests leave with a copy of the demonstration menu recipes for the featured dishes.
