Chris's seasonal Cookery Demonstrations at The Olive Branch - an enlightening and amusing 2 hour demonstration followed by a wonderful 3 course lunch....

The day begins at 10am with coffee, after which Chris demonstrates this specially chosen seasonal menu and then prepares lunch for all guests, which is served with a complimentary glass of wine at 12.30pm.

Chris provides a continuous stream of time-saving hints and tips on menu preparation, cooking and final presentation during the demonstration. Guests leave with a copy of the demonstration menu recipes for the featured dishes.

Chris Ansell....

Chris Ansell is a local chef with vast knowledge and experience, he was Second Chef for Nick Gill and Brian Baker at Hambleton Hall, where he oversaw Sean’s kitchen apprenticeship!

He was Head Chef at the Ram Jam Inn for Tim Hart in its heyday and then Executive Chef at Langar Hall.

Chris now works with Ben & Sean overseeing The Olive Branch kitchen, taking personal responsibility for the cookery events, masterclasses and demonstrations.
