Seasonal Cookery Demonstrations at The Olive Branch - an enlightening and amusing 2 hour demonstration followed by a wonderful 3 course lunch....
The day begins at 10am with coffee, after which a demonstration that demonstrates the specially chosen seasonal menu and then prepares lunch for all guests, which is served with a complimentary glass of wine at 12.30pm.
Our Head Chef Luke Holland, provides a continuous stream of time-saving hints and tips on menu preparation, cooking and final presentation during the demonstration. Guests leave with a copy of the demonstration menu recipes for the featured dishes.

Luke Holland - Head Chef
Luke Holland is a local chef with vast knowledge and experience, he started his career with the Royal Marines both in the officers mess and on live operations.
He then took on Head Chef roles at The Poachers, The Bull & Swan & The Wicked Witch at Ryhall where he was awarded 3 AA Rosettes. Most recently he was Executive Chef at Stapleford Park.
Luke now runs the Olive Branch kitchen and is evolving the menu with some more modern cooking methods whilst remaining true to our ethos of creating traditional and innovative pub food using local ingredients.
