Hosted by local wine supplier Charles Hawkins from Awin Barratt Siegel Wine Agencies, this is an opportunity to discover some stunning wines from the Burgundy region.
On the night, Charles will guide us through the wines and explain the different styles and grape varieties.
Our head chef Luke Holland has created a seasonal menu to match the wines and with his team will prepare, cook and present all the dishes.
The evening starts at 7pm with an opportunity to meet our host and mingle with other guests. At 7.30pm we sit down around one large table in the ‘Barn’ for the dinner, with wines to accompany each course.
It is probably best to have booked a taxi home. However, you are welcome to leave your car here overnight or book one of our six luxurious rooms at Beech House.
We are sure you will have an enjoyable evening, with good food, great wines and convivial company, and hopefully you will have learned something about the magic of wine.
