​​MAS DE CADENET PROVENCE WINE DINNER

Hosted by Maud Negrel of Mas de Cadenet, Provence, and local wine supplier Charles Hawkins.

An opportunity to discover the wonderful wines of Mas de Cadenet and in particular the range of exceptional rosés.

Mas de Cadenet Vineyard is located at the bottom of the Sainte Victoire Mountain, near Aix-en-Provence. Its history starts in 1813 when the Negrel family acquired the Estate. Today, the Mas de Cadenet is emblematic of Provence – a longstanding “love story” between a family and its land. It is run by Guy Negrel with the help of his children, Maud and Matthieu.

The evening starts in the ‘Barn’ at 7pm an opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. At 7.30 we all sit down around the Barn table for the dinner with wines to accompany each course.

Maud will guide us through the wines, explaining the different styles, grape varieties and wine-making methods that make each of these wines so different and so special. He will be happy to answer questions throughout the evening.

Our Head Chef Luke Holland will create a seasonal menu to match the wines and prepare, cook and present all the dishes with his team.

It is probably best to have booked a taxi home, you are welcome to leave your car here overnight or book one of our six luxurious rooms at Beech House.

We are sure you will have an enjoyable evening, with good food, great wines and convivial company, and hopefully, you will have learned something about the magic of wine.
