Join us on Thursday, November 21 for an exclusive Christmas canape-making demonstration with head chef Ben Fisher, perfect for food lovers looking to impress this festive season.

Whether you attend at lunchtime or in the evening, Ben will guide you through creating three savoury canapés and one sweet treat, all easily adaptable to your own style.

The morning session starts with coffee at 10am, followed by the demonstration at 10.30am. The evening session begins promptly at 6pm. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of the canapés with a glass of fizz, followed by a two-course meal (lunch or dinner).

Throughout, Ben will share expert tips on preparation, cooking and presentation. You'll leave with recipes to recreate these festive treats at home.
