Our seasonal Cookery Demonstrations at The Olive Branch - an enlightening and amusing 2 hour demonstration followed by a wonderful 3 course lunch.
With a continuous stream of time-saving hints and tips on menu preparation, featuring pickling, smoking, preparing cod, and souffle making all whilst preparating and cooking the three course meal.
The day begins at 10am with coffee, after which our Head Chef Dean will demonstrates this specially chosen seasonal men. Dean will then returns to the main kitchen to cook the full lunch along with his team for all guests, which served around the table in the Barn with a complimentary glass of wine.
Lunch will finished around 3pm when guests leave with a copy of the demonstration menu recipes for the featured dishes.
